Access, closures, permits & safety
From Boulder Natural, follow the trail toward Devil’s Den, then the faint uphill sector path. Use the named-sector guide to locate Ridgeline Climbing; avoid unofficial shortcuts and check signs at the final approach.
NH State Parks lists a $5 adult day-use fee and limited parking; reserve a space where offered. Climbing sectors use different trailheads, so check the guide before choosing a lot.
Stay on permitted park trails, keep road and boat-launch access clear, and observe any posted day-use or parking restrictions. Confirm current notices at the site before climbing.
Pawtuckaway granite includes short cliffs and boulders. Inspect landings, fixed hardware and top-rope anchors; older bolts may be unreliable.
Closures and permit rules can change without notice. Recheck the official land manager before departure.
