A day pass is valid for the entire day and permits re-entry, but passes are sold in person. Members receive access at both Scarborough and Portsmouth, one guest pass per month, free yoga, retail and class discounts, and weekday members-only morning hours. General climbing does not require a reservation. Everyone entering must complete the waiver; a parent or legal guardian must sign for a minor. The first visit includes a tour and orientation. The current official visitor pages do not list showers or detailed parking guidance.

Salt Pump Scarborough has bouldering walls up to 14 feet and rope walls up to 45 feet for top rope, lead and auto-belay climbing. First-time visitors can walk in without a reservation after completing the waiver, tour and orientation.
