About this crag

The rock is a bit crap, compressed sedimentary but my geology is pretty weak. Hard enough not to panic though. It is conveniently located near the city. there are 20+ routes and you can trad the rock but it has been set up for sport. Some hard overhang but most of the routes are rather short. 10 meters a couple at about 15+ meters. Climbing Grades: 5 - 12 Type: Rock Climb Style: Sport

Getting there

Bus #603, from downtown in front of the Outback steakhouse heading North bound. Take until the end of the line then walk about 1 Km, over the bridge, follow the river as if the bus was continuing along the river road.

Before you visit

Really suspect bolting and the worlds scariest archor set up. Single braided steal wire crimped in a death triange with a tow(car) hook for the clip in. Some loose rocks, wear a helmet even when top roping. Other climbers are an absolute menace and huge hazard.

Recommended equipment

Bring it all but you can do fine with a couple of lockers cordellete and a set of 8 draws. 50 metere rope more than enough for all of the climbs.
