Complete the online waiver before climbing. First-time visitors aged 16 or older receive one week of access for the single-entry price. On Tuesdays, newer climbers should wait until 4:00 PM because only advanced board climbing and weight training are available from 10:00 AM. Enter from the Smith Street driveway; 60+ free parking spaces are available on the lower level, but do not use spaces allocated to neighbouring businesses. The official site does not list showers.

The Chatswood gym offers beginner-friendly bouldering through advanced problems, weekly Tuesday resets, board climbing, strength training and technique classes. Tuesday access is limited to the upstairs training area until the main climbing area opens at 4:00 PM.
